For security and tracking purposes, all of our TV parts and DLP Lamps are marked with our “TVPARTS” identifier and/or serialized labels so your warranty claim will be visually inspected for those identifying markings. If a marking is not present on the TV part(s), the claim will be denied. Please do not tamper with or alter your TV part and its labels.

Our lamps come with a full 60 days (2 months) standard warranty from the purchase date. Don’t take your chances on less than that. Rather be safe than sorry right?

All TV parts and remote controls come with 60 day (2 month) standard warranty (Unless otherwise is stated) from the purchase date. Please note that the warranty doesn’t cover any physical damages.

All parts are backed with a 60-day warranty. For quality control, our parts are tested prior to listing on our website to ensure our customers have the best online shopping experience. All faulty products will be replaced within the 2 month warranty period, we will send you a replacement if necessary.

    A) Your original part, &
    B) the part we sent you.

We will get back to you ASAP, try to troubleshoot your issue by having you speak to one of our technicians, and send out a replacement item if necessary (must be within the warranty period for your item from date of purchase).

Tv Parts has the sole right to cancel your return request for the following reasons:

  • Customer / Technician misdiagnosed and ordered a wrong product.
  • Customer / Technician has damaged the part while trying to fix.
